Brand Strategy, Content.
Alex is a branding expert, trusted by companies such as Bosch, PizzaHut, GE, VW, Ecco, and Twitter to help them bring their brands to life. Previously, Alex oversaw the Virgin brand’s global digital strategy in its entirety in his role as Head of Online.
Before that, he was part of the founding team of award-winning US airline Virgin America, with his work being covered by Time magazine, CNN, and CNBC, and receiving several accolades including ad:tech and a Webby Award.
Design, Creative Direction, Photography.
Damon is an experienced digital creative director and designer, having led design projects for clients including O2, Clarks, Screentime, Bath & Unwind, cxpartners, Zurich, Axa, TUI and The Co-operative Bank.
In addition to producing world-class design, Damon is also an accomplished photographer, with clients in a variety of sectors including fashion and travel.

Alan is customer experience consultant with an interest in overcoming organisational challenges in order to deliver experiences that are profitable for companies and loved by customers.
He's spent almost two decades in a variety of roles; being the customer experience guy at large companies like BT and Virgin Media, a UX designer for digital agencies, and the founder of a web start-up. Recently, Alan was the Head of Customer Experience at True Digital.

Jesmond is an experienced and skilled UX expert, having worked with clients including Nationwide Building Society, The British Standards Institution, TUI Travel, Nokia, Kelkoo and Microsoft.
Jesmond has a BA in Fine Art and an MSc in Computer Science, and is co-author of “Smashing UX Design” a much-loved book outlining practical UX tools and techniques for designers and developers. Previously Jesmond was Head of User Experience at cxpartners.

Ben is an experienced UX and strategy consultant. He has delivered redesigns for web, apps, software products for clients including 02, Nationwide, Channel 4, Samsung, BT.
Ben has a specialism for enterprise apps and digital tools; typically working with clients to turn their powerful-yet-cumbersome applications into elegant, scalable, intuitive products.

Over the course of a 15 year career in digital, Chris has created large-scale customer experiences that are used by millions of people every day.
Having enjoyed leadership roles in both agencies (Head of Design at cxpartners) and client-side organisations (Head of Interactive at HermanMiller), Chris established Berridge + Co. in 2016 in response to the shortage of senior talent available to organisations in the digital sector.

Alice is a senior conceptual and content copywriter, scriptwriter, and editor with over 15 years of experience in delivering quality creative content to household names such as ASDA, Barclays, BP, Clarks, Costa Coffee, Cow & Gate, Danone, HSBC, Lloyds TSB, McDonald's, The 2012 Olympics, Oracle, Weetabix and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Previously Alice was Creative Director at The Loop.

Luke is a multidisciplinary developer with a track record of delivering world-class customer experiences for clients including RedBull, Aardman, cxpartners, Sky, iMECHE, Christopher Ward, Tinc, Celebrity Cruises, Weetabix, BP and Remote Jobs.
